Sprynet Business Solutions is pleased to present it’s first Spring into Spryfield Expo at the Spryfield Lion’s Rink from 8:30am – 2pm on May 13th, 2017.  This event will proudly showcase businesses from around the Sambro Loop area!

Registration is open to any business in this area.  Please read the Terms and Conditions for full information.


Terms & Conditions

  1. Members have first option to purchase until 6 pm on April 26th. Then, first come, first served.
  2. Only one non-member per direct marketing company will be participating; (ex: only one Avon consultant. If more than one applies, all will be encouraged to share the booth & costs. All members will be approved first until Apr. 26th, then by first application received.)
  3. Vendors are responsible to have their own insurance.
  4. Choose your tables carefully as we will be unable to reposition once they are designated.
  5. Set up times are Friday, May 12th from 4-8 pm and Saturday, May 13th at 7 am.
  6. Exhibitors are asked not to tear down until 2 pm. Take the opportunity to get to know your fellow expo participants.
  7. Please share the event on your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, in store, etc. to help create a successful show by bringing residents to learn about local businesses like yours!
  8. A 6 foot table is provided; please bring your own covering. If you do not need a table, a table-size space is provided. If you are bringing a rack along, please book 2 tables.
  9. If you need power, it is recommended to book as soon as possible and to select an outside wall. Requests for power are not guaranteed.

 

Registration for your table is easy! Follow these simple steps!

  1. Select your preferred table(s) by clicking on its location on the layout map above.
  2. Indicate on the drop-down menu your purchase based on business type.
  3. Click “Add to Cart”.
  4. Review your selected table(s) in the left box and click on purchase to buy. (To change selection, highlight “table number” in the box and select delete to start again.)
  5. Complete the pop-up form and select submit.
  6. When finished select “Click to Register” once. It may take up to ten seconds to load.
  7. Complete the payment information form and submit for payment.
  8. Wait a few seconds for the pop-up that says “Well Done!”.
  9. Your booking details will show up in your email.
  10. Refresh your browser and check your booking on the booth map by hovering over your selection.
